9:19. கோராகின் குமாரனாகிய எபியாசாபுக்குப் பிறந்த கோரேயின் மகன் சல்லூமும், அவன் பிதாவின் வம்சத்தாராகிய அவனுடைய சகோதரருமான கோராகியர் பணிவிடைவேலையை விசாரித்து, அவர்கள் பிதாக்கள் கர்த்தருடைய பாளயத்திலே வாசஸ்தலத்திற்குப்போகிற வழியைக் காவல்காத்ததுபோல, வாசஸ்தலத்து வாசல்களைக் காத்துவந்தார்கள்.

9:19. Shallum son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his relatives from his family (the Korahites) were assigned to guard the entrance to the sanctuary. Their ancestors had guarded the entrance to the LORD's dwelling place.

9:19. Shallum was the son of Kore, a descendant of Abiasaph, from the clan of Korah. He and his relatives, the Korahites, were responsible for guarding the entrance to the sanctuary, just as their ancestors had guarded the Tabernacle in the camp of the LORD.

9:19. And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of his fathers house, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent: and their fathers had been over the camp of Jehovah, keepers of the entry.

9:19. Shallum the son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his kinsmen of his fathers' house, the Korahites, were in charge of the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent, as their fathers had been in charge of the camp of the LORD, keepers of the entrance.

9:19. And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, [were] over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers, [being] over the host of the LORD, [were] keepers of the entry.

9:19. Shallum the son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his kinsmen of his fathers' house, the Korahites, were in charge of the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent, as their fathers had been in charge of the camp of the LORD, keepers of the entrance.

9:19. And Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, of his father-s house, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the gates of the tabernacle: and their fathers had been over the camp of the LORD, keepers of the entry;

9:19. And Shallum son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his brethren, of the house of his father, the Korahites, [are] over the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent, and their fathers [are] over the camp of Jehovah, keepers of the entrance;

9:19. Shallum was Kore's son. Kore was Ebiasaph's son. Ebiasaph was Korah's son. Shallum and his brothers were gatekeepers. They were from the family of Korah. They had the job of guarding the gates to the Holy Tent. They did this just as their ancestors had done before them. Their ancestors had the job of guarding the entrance to the Holy Tent.

9:19. Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brothers, of his father\'s house, the Korahites, were over the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent: and their fathers had been over the camp of Yahweh, keepers of the entry.

9:19.
